Do you work with US and international companies?+
Yes. A large share of our corporate work is for travellers flying in from the United States, the UK and Asia to visit Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bosch and Tier-1 suppliers around Stuttgart. We handle the whole ground programme: airport Meet & Greet, hotel, plant visits and the return flight.
Can you invoice our company instead of charging a card?+
Yes. We set up a corporate account with monthly consolidated invoicing, cost-centre references and per-trip reporting. Credit card and bank transfer are also accepted, and we can issue a pro-forma invoice in advance for travel approval.
Will the chauffeur speak English?+
Every chauffeur speaks fluent English and German, and is briefed on your itinerary before the first pickup. Drivers fluent in Russian, Arabic, Turkish or French are available on request.
Can you sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?+
Yes. We regularly sign NDAs for automotive and supplier projects, our drivers are briefed to be discreet about passengers and conversations, and we can provide certified close-protection officers when required.
How do you handle a multi-stop roadshow?+
You send the itinerary, we plan buffers around German traffic and factory gate procedures, and assign one dedicated driver and vehicle for the whole programme. The driver stays with the car between meetings so laptops and luggage remain secure.
What happens if our flight is delayed?+
We track every flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing; there is no delay surcharge for arrivals we can track.
Can you transport a whole delegation?+
Yes. A Mercedes-Benz V-Class carries up to 7 passengers with luggage, and we run convoys of several vehicles for larger delegations, all coordinated by one contact person.
How far in advance should we book?+
For roadshows and trade fair weeks at Messe Stuttgart, 1 to 2 weeks ahead secures the fleet. Single transfers are usually available at 24 hours' notice, and we operate 24/7 for last-minute changes.
