You share date, party size, security requirements and preferred vehicle class. On request we send an NDA plus driver and vehicle details for your review.
We agree routes, standing position, form of address, door side, luggage handling and contact persons. You keep one single point of contact.
Chauffeur on site 15 minutes early, vehicle cleaned and climate-prepared. Changes go directly through the driver or our operations desk — reachable 24/7.
Invoice to the embassy, consulate, ministry or handling agency — with reference number, cost centre and VAT. Framework agreements for recurring programmes.

Do you have experience with diplomatic assignments?+
Yes. We have already carried out journeys for consular guests, official delegations and international visit programmes in the Stuttgart region. For discretion reasons we do not publish names or occasions — references are discussed personally on request.
Will the chauffeur sign a non-disclosure agreement?+
Yes. On request the assigned chauffeur and our operations manager sign an NDA before the first appointment, and we are happy to use your own template. Assignments are logged internally under a reference only, never under passenger names.
Can we receive driver and vehicle details for security screening?+
Yes. We provide the chauffeur's name, date of birth and ID number as well as licence plate and vehicle details as early as your security clearance or venue access registration requires. A current criminal record certificate is available on request.
Are armoured vehicles available?+
Our own fleet consists of unarmoured premium sedans and business vans. Armoured vehicles (VR7/VR9) and close protection are arranged on request through vetted, licensed partners — this requires more lead time, usually several working days.
Do you operate convoys with several vehicles?+
Yes. We provide vehicles in formation: a sedan for the principal, a V-Class for escort and security team, an additional vehicle for luggage. Drivers stay in radio or phone contact; order and standing positions are agreed in advance.
Can we be met directly at the aircraft?+
At Stuttgart General Aviation Terminal we meet you inside the terminal area. Ramp-side access next to the aircraft is possible where the handling agent and airport security grant clearance — we coordinate this with the FBO beforehand.

Our base is Stuttgart, covering all of Baden-Württemberg: State Parliament, state ministries, consulates, Messe Stuttgart, the plants in Sindelfingen and Zuffenhausen, Tübingen, Reutlingen, Karlsruhe and Heidelberg. How is billing handled — can you invoice an embassy?+
Yes. We invoice the embassy, consulate, ministry, organisation or handling agency directly, with reference number, cost centre and VAT. For recurring programmes we set up a government account with monthly invoicing and fixed rates.
How short notice can you accept an assignment?+
Single journeys are usually possible within a few hours and we are reachable around the clock. For programmes involving security clearance, convoys or armoured vehicles we ask for several working days so approvals and venue access can be arranged properly.
Do the chauffeurs speak foreign languages?+
German and English are standard. Chauffeurs speaking Arabic, Russian, Turkish or French are available on request — helpful for delegations travelling without their own interpreter. On request the chauffeur remains entirely silent during the journey.
