Sharjeel und Hashir Gondal eGbR — Taxi & Mietwagen Gondal
1. Scope
These terms apply to all chauffeur, limousine and transfer services provided by Sharjeel und Hashir Gondal eGbR (Taxi & Mietwagen Gondal) to private and corporate clients.
2. Services
We provide a chauffeur with a vehicle for the agreed period or route — including airport and railway transfers, hourly bookings at disposal, event and corporate travel. Vehicle categories are booked as a class; a specific model or colour cannot be guaranteed.
3. Booking and conclusion of contract
Enquiries can be made by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or through the forms on this website. A contract is concluded once we confirm the journey in writing, stating the agreed all-in price.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted individually as binding flat rates including vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, mileage, statutory waiting time and VAT. Payment is made by invoice, bank transfer or card as agreed; corporate clients can be invoiced monthly.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time are free of charge. For later cancellations or no-shows we may charge the agreed price less costs saved.
6. Client obligations
The client provides correct pickup details, flight numbers and contact data, and ensures that passengers follow road-safety rules and the chauffeur's instructions. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
7. Liability
We are fully insured for passenger transport. Liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure or third-party events is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Luggage is transported with care; valuables should remain with the passenger.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of the booking, as described in our privacy policy.
9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, insofar as legally permissible.
