2. Collection and processing of personal data

We only process the data you actively provide — name, e-mail address, phone number, pickup and destination, date, time and any notes you add to an enquiry. This data is used exclusively to prepare a quote and to carry out the booked journey (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

When you visit the website, your browser transmits technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access. This is required to deliver the site securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Disclosure to third parties

Data is passed on only where necessary to deliver the service — for example to a partner chauffeur company carrying out your journey, to our e-mail delivery provider, or where we are legally obliged to do so. We never sell personal data.

4. Retention period

Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law apply (generally six to ten years for invoicing data).
