General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services and contractual relationships between Taxi & Limousine Service Gondal (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Scope of services

The chauffeur and limousine services offered are provided according to individual agreements. Changes to the destination or intermediate stops during the journey are possible by arrangement and may adjust the price accordingly.

3. Booking & Contract Conclusion

A contract is formed upon written confirmation (via email or digital booking) by Taxi & Limousine Service Gondal. Telephone inquiries are only considered binding after written confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice, without deduction. Taxi & Limousine Service Gondal reserves the right to require prepayment or credit card security for journeys.

5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Cancellations up to 24 hours before departure: free of charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the agreed price.
Cancellations less than 4 hours in advance or no-shows: 100% of the fare.
The cancellation must be made in writing (email, SMS or WhatsApp).

6. Customer's obligations

The customer agrees to treat the driver and vehicle with respect. The customer is fully liable for any excessive soiling or damage. Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

7. Liability

Gondal Taxi & Limousine Service is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. No liability is assumed for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., traffic jams, weather, technical breakdowns).

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling your booking and in compliance with the GDPR. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
